Legal and Financial Planning for Alzheimer’s Disease at the Somers Library
Thursday, September 19, 1:30 – 3:00 pm
The diagnosis of Alzheimer’s diseases makes planning more important than ever. This program, given by the Alzheimer’s Association Hudson Valley Chapter, will offer information about legal and financial issues to consider, how to put plans in place and how to access legal and financial resources near you. Topics covered will include making legal plans that fit your needs, legal documents you’ll need, how to find legal and financial assistance, practical strategies for making a long-term care plan and government programs that can help pay for care. Registration is required; register online on our online calendar at www.somerslibray.org or call 914-232-5717.
Our programs are funded by the Friends of the Somers Library through your donations. Thanks for your support!
