Virtual Meeting of the Somers Library Book Group

Somers Library Book Group meets on the second Friday of the month via Zoom to discuss selected titles. Our November title is “The World That We Knew,” by Alice Hoffman. “The World That We Knew” is an historical novel set in 1941, during humanity’s darkest hour. Three unforgettable young women must act with courage and love to survive during the Holocaust and the Nazi regime of the 1940s. Next month’s title will be “White Dog Fell From the Sky,” by Eleanor Morse. The next two months titles are yet to be determined. New members are very welcome.
