Virtual Westchester Writers’ Workshop at the Somers Library
Thursdays, 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm
This ongoing program meets every first, third and sometimes fifth Thursday of each month.
Meeting dates for January and February: 1/7, 1/21, 2/4, 2/18.
Calling all writers and poets! Looking for a writers group to help with that writer’s block? Looking for some feedback on your memoir, short story, novel or poem? Need some editing or polishing tips for your texts? Want to share the love of writing with fellow writers? Then Westchester Writers’ Workshop is the one for you! We are the original peer review writers group with no fees, no dues, and many chances to showcase your talents. Established in 2013, our group has helped many authors and poets prepare their work for reading, presentation, submission and publication. Come join us for our Thursday evening meeting – new members are welcome! Space is limited. Please register on the library’s online events calendar at www.somerslibrary.org or call the library at 914-232-5717. You will receive an email prior to each meeting with a Zoom invitation.
Our programs are funded by The Friends of the Library – thanks for your support!
